Terms of Use

1. Who runs this service

This service is run by GDG MienTrung, a volunteer, non-profit community chapter, at jobs.gdgmientrung.com.

The service is entirely free, with no fees charged to candidates or employers.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. Only one account per person is allowed.

You are responsible for keeping the information on your profile accurate and up to date.

3. Members

Apply with honest and accurate information.

Submit only one application per job post. Do not send duplicate, spam or automated applications.

4. Employers

Only real companies may post jobs, and job posts must be accurate.

Employers may not charge candidates any fee, and may not include discriminatory requirements (gender, age, religion and similar).

Applicant data may be used only for recruiting the role the candidate applied to, and must be deleted once no longer needed for that purpose.

5. Moderation

Every company and job post is reviewed by the core team before it goes live.

The core team may reject, edit, unpublish, suspend or remove content and accounts that break these terms, including without prior notice when necessary.

6. Content and licence

You keep ownership of the content you post.

By posting, you grant the chapter the right to display that content on the service and on its own social media channels.

7. Disclaimer

GDG MienTrung is a community intermediary, not a party to any employment relationship between a candidate and an employer.

We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, nor the accuracy of content posted by employers or candidates.

The service is provided as is and may change or be paused at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, the liability of GDG MienTrung for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the minimum allowed by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with its update date.
